Get ready for a joy filled weekend! Games and giggles, mentoring and relationship building, learning, crafting, playing and growing in Jesus are some of the highlights at Ohio Girls Retreat. Each year we meet at Heartland Conference and Retreat Center where we get ready for a fun theme that plays into the girls service times, decorations, outdoor games and more. Join us as we celebrate life, Jesus, friends and fun.

EVENT SPEAKER
Kim Sharp
Kim Sharp is the National Girls Ministry Director. She was born and raised in Franklin, Indiana and graduated from North Central University in Minneapolis, MN. She served on staff at North Central in the Student Life Department, ending her tenure there as Dean of Women. She is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and has served as Youth & Worship pastor, Staff Pastor and launched the Indy School of Leadership with North Central University in 2019. Kim served on the District Women's Leadership Team for the Indiana District of the Assemblies of God and was employed by the Johnson County Prosecutor's Office as a Victim Advocate in the Special Victim's Unit. Kim has traveled extensively across the US and abroad sharing the hope of Jesus Christ and the power of His unfailing love. Kim's passion is to equip, encourage and empower lives through practical teaching and application of the Word. She is compelled by the reality of the Holy Spirit being active and desiring to do a supernatural work in our lives today. Christ purchased our salvation, our healing, our peace and our freedom and the Holy Spirit is present to see those activated. This is the central passion in Kim's ministry. She is an effective communicator with a variety of crowds, speaking to thousands each year. Whether it be women's groups, adult congregations, young girls, or teenagers, Kim connects and touches the hearts of everyone she meets. Through her testimony, humor and insight, Kim's ministry has touched thousands of lives around the world.
