  • Visit My Healthy Church for access to all Girls Ministries products.

Each club level leader will need the appropriate club level Sponsor guide.

Each girl will need the unit activity page for the chosen units.

Contact the Ohio Ministry Network Girls Ministry Director to connect to the area rep for your area. She will help guide you every step of the way.

  • Girls Ministries curriculum is divided by grade level.

    ▪ Rainbows is for pre-schoolers both boys and girls.

    ▪ Daisies are girls in Kindergarten.

    ▪ Prims are girls in first and second grade.

    ▪ It is possible to combine Daisies and Prims if the number of girls in these grades is small.

    ▪ Stars are girls in third, fourth and fifth grade.

    ▪ Friends are girls in sixth, seventh and eighth grade

    ▪ Girls Only are girls in high school.

You do not have to have all age levels to start Girls Ministries. Pick one level and build momentum from there.

  • Connecting your club once a year in September lets the network and your area rep know your club exists. It also allows for special discounts at network Girls Ministries events. The suggested offering should not be an obstacle to having clubs at your church.

  • The short answer is No. A great thing about the Sponsor manual is that EVERTHING you need to plan and conduct a weekly meeting is provided for you….even a suggested snack! You are however free to choose your own projects, etc to meet the needs and interests of your girls.

  • No, Girls Ministries curriculum can stand alone as an excellent discipleship program for your girls with or without awards.

  • No. There are club level t-shirts available for each club level through My Healthy Church, but they are not required.

  • Girls can “catch up” two previous levels from their current level.

Please contact your Ohio Ministry Network area rep to discuss the catch up process.

  • It is possible for a girl to complete missed work at home, but this should be the exception, not the rule. There is value in girls meeting and sharing together. If a unit is to be completed at home, don’t forget the project needs to be completed too.

  • There are many resources available on the National Girls Ministries website. Check out the “Hot Topics” area.

  • Definitely! Information contained in the Hot Topics articles are timely and relevant for today’s girls in any setting.

  • Girls Ministries curriculum is an excellent discipleship tool that can be used for traditional Sunday School, Wednesday night programming or any kind of small group.
